These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of falcontradingcards.com, our shop experience, and related Falcon Trading Cards LLC ("Falcon," "we," "us") sites and content. By using our sites or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. This is standard small-business language — not personalized attorney advice.
Who we are
Falcon Trading Cards LLC publishes Swamp Monsters TCG and related games and sells products online. We are based in Austin, Texas. Contact: support@falcontradingcards.com.
Using the site
You may browse, learn about our games, and purchase products for lawful personal or business use. You agree not to misuse the site (for example: scraping in a way that harms the service, attempting to break security, or interfering with other customers). We may suspend or limit access if we believe these Terms are being violated.
Accounts and accuracy
If you create an account or place an order, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping login credentials secure. Orders must be placed by someone who can form a binding contract under applicable law (generally 18+ in the U.S.).
Products and checkout
We sell physical and digital products as described on product pages. Prices, availability, and shipping options are shown at checkout. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. Falcon is the seller of record for Falcon products; Shopify processes payment. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example: payment issues, suspected fraud, or inventory errors). If we cancel a paid order, we will refund through the original payment method when practical.
Product images and descriptions are for illustration; packaging and print runs can vary slightly. We try to keep listings accurate and will correct material errors when we find them.
Shipping and returns

Intellectual property
Card art, game text, logos, branding, rules, site copy, and other Falcon / Swamp Monsters TCG (and upcoming titles such as Conquest Arcanum) materials are owned by Falcon Trading Cards LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create commercial derivative works from our game content or branding without our prior written permission — except for ordinary personal play and fair use allowed by law (for example, limited non-commercial commentary).
Buying cards or products does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property — you own the physical goods (or licensed digital access where applicable), not the IP.
Satirical and game content
Swamp Monsters TCG and related Falcon content include political and cultural satire. Characters, factions, and scenarios are fictionalized and exaggerated for entertainment and gameplay. They are not statements of fact about real people or events, and they are not instructions to harass or harm anyone. Opinions expressed in marketing or lore are those of the creators in a satirical game context.
Third-party links and tools
We link to third-party sites and tools (for example Steam Workshop / Tabletop Simulator, X/Twitter, swampmonsterstcg.com resources). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of those services is under their terms.

Optional email marketing is described in our Privacy Policy. Subscriber discounts and promos have their own conditions stated at signup or in the offer.
Disclaimers
The sites and content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falcon and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the sites or products. Our total liability for any claim related to the sites or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Falcon against claims arising from your misuse of the sites, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights — except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Travis County, Texas (or the appropriate federal court) will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes to how we sell products may also appear in checkout or product pages.
